Bourgee Restaurant – London Southend Airport
A concept to completion project.
The Bourgee LSA project is a good example of a close working relationship with our client and WDC design. Initial concept designs require a value engineered approach when choosing materials and processes. RDD project management services starts from the concept stage.
With our in-house manufacturing facility and with our extensive choice of materials, RDD are able to best advise on cost and time-scale planning.
Having delivered projects in Cardiff airport and Heathrow terminal five gave RDD a good grounding with working airside. This experience was important in delivering our clients needs within a strictly controlled airport environment.

The main elements of bars, bench tables and furniture are manufactured and pre-built in our factory before being shipped out in sections ready for our on-site fitters to install. Specialist supply such a water-wall feature and security shutters are factored into the back bar build.
